Children's Drama academy presented by Ronald McDonal House / Folklore and traditional stories come alive through this drama academy for children (age 7-10). Each session concludes with a performance, in colorful costumes, given for the community.

Art Workshops / Adults and children of all ages participate in lectures and hands-on classes that highlight a wide array of contemporary artists, with the goal of cultivating an interest and appreciation for the arts and artists.

International Arts Contest / School-age children participate in an art contest held in collaboration with the Mexican Consulate. An exhibition of selected winners will be shown in Houston, Fort Worth, Denver, and Mexico. CCA will hosted the Fort Worth exhibition in August 2007, in collaboration with our Sister City Toluca, Mexico.

Juvenile Detention Center - Crime Commission Control Program / In a collaborative effort with the Art Station, CCA brings art and art therapy to incarcerated youth. Through this medium, the youth learn self-expression, social responsibility, emotional healing, and how to manage anger and stress.

CCA Ambassadors / The Art Ambassadors are a group of local civic and business leaders dedicated to supporting CCA. They perform many functions on behalf of our organization such as, speaking, hosting events, project planning and implementation, recommending subjects for community exhibits, and generating ideas for the success of CCA and its programs.

Adult Education / CCA assistss adults in obtaining their GED (General Education Development) and is currently the only organization that offers free adult GED classes in Spanish.
